We are pleased to provide this link to Arbor Medicus® as a service to our referral physicians and the people of Michigan.

Arbor Medicus is an online Global Medical Community which allows patients to take detailed medical histories and invite their healthcare professionals to view them.

This service is provided free of charge and it is not limited to headache patients. It is a general medical history. All adult patients are welcome to use the secure Arbor Medicus website to better express their symptoms and create an initial first visit history and return visit histories before each visit with you. Here is a sample of the comprehensive printout which you can paste into your paper or electronic chart. The examples relate to sleep apnea, to illustrate how the report will look.

Needless to say, if they happen to have headache problems, the program goes into greater depth for them to better express their symptoms and the impact on their quality of life.
