Coronavirus Policy Update

We are now seeing Patients both in Office and remotely via Telehealth!

With the ongoing pandemic, patients can continue to be seen virtually using Telemed, or can be seen in our office following the CDC guidelines.

If your insurance fully covers telemed visits, you have the option to continue seeing us virtually, or you can see us in person, in our office.

If telemed visits are NOT a benefit provided by your insurance, you can still see us virtually, paid at the in-office rate, but you will be responsible for paying for the visit.

- If you plan on seeing us virtually, please call the office one hour prior to your appointment time to check in.

-If you're coming into our office, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in.

NEW PATIENTS: Your first appointment will be scheduled in our office following the latest CDC guidelines.

Return visits can be scheduled in offiice, or virtually, based on your preference and insurance coverage.
